The Hill Top Cultural Center will be open for business Saturday, April 17th. You may show 3 or 4 Cocks either in the Mexican or American class. Entry fee is $100 for the 3 cock and $50 extra if you choose to show all 4 cocks for a total of $150. You may contact Terry Hancock @ 817-790-8584 to reserve a cockhouse and seats.
 
The facility is located north of Wichita Falls, Tx. on I-44. Take Exit 1, go back west over the Interstate and the building will be on your left. This is the same building that was previously called Triple B and prior to that was called Hilltop. Due to the recent developments regarding our industry in Oklahoma you will have to be licensed to participate. If you plan to enter the derby you will need a Test/Show license. If you plan to be a spectator you will need to purchase a spectator's license. If you plan to show roosters you must have a license to bring them on the property. DO NOT bring a show of roosters expecting to purchase a license when you arrive. YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY.Spectators may purchase a license at the door before paying admission.The Center will be open at 8 o'clock, this coming Saturday, April 10th for anyone wanting to purchase a license. Beginning at 12 o'clock there will be a meeting to answer any questions anyone might have regarding the legality of this Cultural Center operating. This center will be sanctioned by the Kiowa Association for the Preservation of Cultural and Rural Lifestyles. Other contact #'s are:
