GFN will be pumping out more newsletters starting this week. GFN's Editor has been travelling around the U.S. following trials that the HSUS, ASPCA and SPCA's are involved in.

The same M O is used from state to state. The HSUS/AR's befriend the small town local sheriff. He's wined, dined and ??? The AR's have already picked out a target before arriving in town. The sheriff is then talked into obtaining a warrant and swoops in with the Felon AR's in tow to destroy an Animal Enterprise Business.

The press is notified prior to the raid and given the standard HSUS/AR rhetoric press release with the same old lying catch words and phrases. They go in with video cameras and set up their 'scenes'. The HSUS/and other AR groups have more than once been observed dumping bags of garbage, pet food, dumping water buckets and food bowls for the evidence photographs to be used by the DA in trial.

The problem with bringing the HSUS/AR's in on the execution of warrants is that they are PRIVATE CORPORATIONS. They CANNOT be in the homes and on the property of raid victims when the sheriff is executing a warrant. For that matter they cannot be there at all. This activity falls under Wilson v Layne and Berger v Hanlon. The HSUS, ASPCA, SPCA's and the multitude of other AR non profits are major press organizations. This clearly violates the Constitutional Rights of the animal owners. It is obstruction of justice because the sheriff knows that the victim will be tried in the press releases of the non profits. This is the way they are skirting the law. Until a victim rises up and sues the local gestapo and is determined to take it to the U S Supreme Court, these illegal raids will continue.

In small towns, it appears that the local judges are either ignorant of the U S Constitution or they are just paid off. "If it appears to be an impropriety then it is" according to the laws in almost every state in the judicial canons of sworn judges. If the judge ignores the law and allows the violation of the victim's rights, he does NOT have qualified immunity from civil suit and judgment. The same is true for all government officials that are involved.

The paragraph below is taken from an analysis of two 4th Amendment cases. Third parties cannot be present and cannot take photographs and publish them in newspapers, television or on the internet. It violates the victim's right to privacy. The publication of evidence is obstruction of justice and compromises the defense if the jury pool is contaminated aside from violating the Constitutional Rights of the victim.

"...The photos were not published, but the Supreme Court ruled that merely permitting the press to be present in the home during the search violated the Fourth Amendment. The Court held that the potential benefits of having the media observing a search; such as giving publicity to anti-crime efforts or minimizing police abusive practices; did not justify the presence of media inside a home. The Court held unanimously that "it is a violation of the Fourth Amendment for police to bring members of the media or other third parties into a home during the execution of a warrant when the presence of the third parties in the home was not in aid of the execution of the warrant."

HELICOPTER "FLY OVER" of Hanson's Farm Without a Warrant Violates 4th Amendment of U S Constitution to Obtain Evidence for Affidavit for Warrant - is Illegal Visual Search

It is amazing that a small town of 10,000 residents like Mountain Home Arkansas presents an image to the nation of being a military prison camp. This beautiful little town nestled in the hills of northern Arkansas's main industry is tourists, hunting, fishing and retirees. When viewing the Baxter Bulletin article with pictures of 1/13/06, one has to ask themselves where are these jackbooted, military clad assassins in jet helicopters getting their money for not only the helicopters, but for the multimillion dollar sheriff station.

John Montgomery, Baxter County Sheriff, seems to be a god walking on water according to his own resume and with the local citizenry. Do they really feel this way about their elected official or do they live in fear of him and his militia?

The incestuous relationship of the locals is apparent from the moment one enters the village. They are supportive of each other and the sheriff but in the same breath are choosing their 'victim of the month' to target for destruction of life, limb, property and to run out of town on a rail.

If the target refuses to leave on their own after urging from the local militia, then the big guns are brought out. The helicopters!!! This seems to be the favorite 'play toy' of Montgomery which is his show of power in his campaign to violate the Constitutional Rights of any citizen that is not a bible thumper that attends his church to worship their favorite "god". Does the congregation know of the allegations of his former significant others of spousal abuse? Perhaps the helicopter replaces the need for him to use his fists on women and gives him the sick psychological male gratification he needs to stop beating his current significant others.

While inquiring in the town about a current animal cruelty case it was revealed that the sheriff himself has psychological deficiencies and should be in therapy. If he believes what PETA states that anyone who hoards and abuses animals abuses humans, then the reverse is true also. Did sheriff Montgomery abuse animals when he was a child. Did his parents cover up this atrocity? Or maybe PETA's statement is a fantasy. It will be interesting to get comments from sheriff Montgomery on whether or not he was an animal abuser that turned out to be a woman abuser. Does he abuse animals now or just women? If PETA's statement is factual, then it must go one step further with the sheriff. PETA states if a child abuses an animal then it follows that the child will be a serial killer.

The mentality of the sheriff's office is equivalent to 'mob mentality' and can create a horrific situation for an innocent victim in the community who is conspired against by one of the sheriff's friends or church followers. Jealousy, hatred and anti-Semitism in a community of this size equals a formula for disaster.

Misuse and Abuse of Patriot Act by Local Bubba Sheriff

In going high tech has this sleepy little town forgotten that they are governed by the U S Constitution and Bill of Rights, or has it become a town of vigilantism and leading the charge is the helicoptered local sheriff?

There are several hydroelectric plants in the area that serve military bases in Texas and surrounding areas. Members of the sheriff's office stated that because they are a target area for the military, their community is entitled to federal funding for the protection of these plants and the surrounding area.

Does that mean that the sheriff and all his deputies were drafted into the army and are following Marshall Law, or is this a self appointed position that Montgomery has seized as his own to feed his psychological insecurities?

In small communities such as this, the competition for non profit donations is sometimes a 'dog eat dog' battle. Animal Rights Domestic Terrorists have infiltrated almost all of the large non profits across the nation and have either brought the small non profits to their knees, forcing them to conform or have their business destroyed if they do not conform to the philosophies of the larger organizations. The promise of funding and destruction of the competition in the immediate area of the competitive non profit is promised.

The modis operendi of the terrorist organizations is as follows.

1. Volunteers are solicited to file numerous
2. Outrageous claims of abuse, neglect, cruelty and favorite "catch" phrases are used to involve the local yokel bubba dumb sheriff that doesn't (Do these peace officers realize that this is a Racketeering Scheme and Artifice that they are participating in?)
3. Sick and injured animals are 'dumped' on the target's property. Reports are then made immediately by the criminal that dumped them.
4. The properties are salted with poison by Crop Duster, Helicopter or Walk Ons and reported within three days that there are dead animals.
5. Animal cages are opened and fighting dogs released to run together, or chickens released together to fight and then reports made.
6. The property is contaminated with feces from sick dogs, cats or chickens in order to create an epidemic outbreak of Distemper, Parvo, Calici Virus, Upper Respiratory, Salmonella, Cocci etc. Given the proper incubation time and then reported as 'sick' and dying animals.
7. Fences are cut, gates torn off and animals stampeded.

The Animal Rights Activists that have coordinate these activities have indoctrinated the local volunteers at local non profits into believing that this saves animals and will promote their non profit to help more animals.

In reality, Animal Rights Activists do not give a hoot about animals. Their agenda in their own promotional materials states that they want an end to Animal Ownership. PETA wants the destruction of ALL animals as they believe it takes the cutting of too many rain forests to grow the grain to feed the livestock which in turn feeds people and animals. Newkirk wants 95% of the human population destroyed and all animals.

Hitler was the first Animal Rights Activist and started the Animal rights movement. That alone should answer any questions you have about sociopaths that profess these philosophies. If that doesn't clinch it for you, then research who runs these organizations. Most Boards of Directors of these large non profits are not from the United States, but from the U K. who spew socialism.

Humane Societies, SPCAs and other Animal Rescues groups have the responsibility of teaching and assisting those who mistreat animals in the correct animal husbandry. Instead, they have become vigilante out of control private law enforcement which violates the very foundation of our country's constitution. It's called Domestic Terrorism and your local sheriff is participating. That is called treason.

What do they gain from this movement? MONEY first of all for themselves and power over the lives of law abiding Americans. What is the goal of this movement? They want to destroy the the Commerce of the United States. The Animal Industry is the largest multi billion dollar industry in the US from the farmer who plants to the pet store that sells toys. It has a domino effect everytime a breeder, rescue or private person is raided and dragged through court. The victims of raids no longer buy food or products for their animal business. This damages the farm and pet stores that sell products. The stores don't order as much from the wholesaler, who stops ordering as much from the farmers, who can't pay their loans and seed their crops the next season.

Why do local sheriff's like Montgomery go along with this Interference with the Commerce of the United State?. Most states have Mandate Funds which federal money flows through back to the local community. The higher the crime rate and the more prosecutions in a community, the more tax dollars are funneled back to the sheriff. In animal cases there are special provisions. If a raid victim is sentenced to psychological counseling and put on probation, some states pay up to one million dollars back to the Humane Society, SPCA, or other non profit organization for the 'conviction'. So the raid victim is put through the nightmare of yellow journalism which taints the jury so that they know they cannot get a fair trial and are forced to plea bargain which is exactly what is being done to Tammy and Bill Hanson.

How many non profit animal rescues can a small community such as Mountain Home support in the manner to which they would like to be supported with six digit salaries like the HSUS and others? Most likely not more than one. Where does that leave the REAL rescuers that are not paying attention to the politics and just helping animals? Usually, out of business and convicted of crimes they did not commit.

If this type of racketeering scheme and artifice, which is being tested by terrorists on the animal industry, is not stopped, your industry could be next.

New information regarding the Mountain Home Sheriff

Moral Turpitude is not in his vocabulary it seems. How can a court believe anything that he would testify to when he cannot keep his pants zipped up. When an elected official takes office he also takes an Oath to uphold the U S Constitution, the State Constitution and the laws of the state. Included in that Oath is the trust, honesty and the requirement to tell the truth and not perjure himself.

How can a man entrusted with the responsibility to uphold the laws be trusted when he has impregnated a 25 year old woman while married to his current wife. Congratulations Sheriff we understand that you will be a father in seven months.

The Sheriff has tarnished the Justice System completely in Mountain Home, Arkansas which seems to accept a man as their elected official that has NO MORAL STANDARDS. What’s it going to take for this town to wake up and elect a sheriff that will OBEY the law as well as trying to ENFORCE it. His vigilante tactics are used to gain headlines and keep himself in the limelight.

Any and all cases that he has presented for prosecution and those that have been convicted should immediately be reviewed by the state of Arkansas Department of Justice. This publication intends to forward the information from our investigation to them requesting a complete investigation of Mountain Home’s Sheriff. Perhaps an audit of all county departments is in order since there seems to be corruption in this hillbilly town. It is this publication's understanding that Mountain Home receives federal funding, perhaps a federal audit would be in order also.

The U.S. Supreme Court in Wilson v. Layne and Hanlon v. Berger rules unanimously that law enforcement officials violate privacy rights protected by the Fourth Amendment when they allow media on ride-alongs into a home when making an arrest or conducting a search. Though the consolidated cases more squarely address 4th Amendment issues, the newsgathering technique of "ride-along" is at the heart of the dispute.
