It's time to take a proactive stand against the Civil Rights, Constitutional Rights, and other federal law violations perpetrated by PETA/HSUS in their 10 year campaign of terrorizing U.S. citizens and depriving them of their property. Alone, you cannot win against the crooked courts; D.A.’s and agents who commit perjury in court knowing the dirty judges will shield them from prosecution; nor the animal agents who falsified evidence then presented it to the court as facts against you; illegal wiretapping of your phones by local police who are on the take; breaking and entering into your homes and barns; nor the abuse or death of your animals by agents under color of law; the taking of your homes and businesses by rulings decided by crooked judges; and more. How many of you ever saw a “true and accurate” transcript of your trials as proscribed under the law? Did I hear you mutter, “Not me?” Well, it’s time to turn that murmur into a roar. It’s time to get justice!

First: Stop blaming PETA/HSUS for what happened to you. From the dawn of time, unscrupulous people have stolen property, and money from weaker individuals. They do not stop pillaging as long as their deeds go unchallenged by authorities.

Second: Remember that the racketeering going on by PETA/HSUS; passing laws in the U.S. for their own power and profit; bribing judges; threatening or buying lawyers; “educating” judges and lawyers in how to apply the law against you in animal seizure cases; lobbying activities; training SPCA employees and state humane employees in how to take your property; writing state laws to benefit their organization; funding governors’ campaigns to get their cooperation for PETA/HSUS’s nefarious activities within that state are all acts in violation of their non-profit organization status. These acts also violate the Ricco Act, Patriot Act as amended, and Hobbs Act. Yet no law enforcement agency stopped them.

Third: Ask yourselves how these people were able to set up such an extensive illegal network across the U.S. and grow it for 10 years with no interference from any law enforcement agency; agencies set up to protect you, the American tax paying citizens. How many of you went to the FBI, Homeland Security, the Attorney General, the OPR only to be ignored?

I believe you can come to only one conclusion: The FBI/Justice Department, Homeland Security, the current Attorney General Alberto Gonzalas, the former Attorney General John Ashcroft, the federal prosecutors employed by the Department of Justice and the U.S. Attorney’s office as well as the OPR (Office of Professional Responsibility) refused to act to protect you from domestic terrorist activity. They allowed domestic terrorists to set up an illegal court infrastructure and run it for TEN YEARS. They knew that Federal laws; Federal Commerce laws, Constitutional Rights laws, Civil Rights laws, Discrimination laws were being broken - - if for no other reason than that hundreds of you told them. They knew about the John Stossel 20/20 Report “Cruelty to Owners” which aired 3 June 2005. Many of you even cited the Federal laws broken when you contacted the federal agencies - - still they ignored you, refusing to do their jobs. Even when people were killed as a result of illegal PETA/HSUS activities, these agencies DID NOT ACT

At this point, you, probably do not care one wit about PETA/HSUS. Most of you want to see that the crooked local, state and federal judges, D.A.’s, law enforcement, humane agents, SPCA agents, the people who took bribes to seize your property, the people who threatened you and benefited from the seizure of your homes, businesses, animals etc. be brought into a functioning court of law and tried for their criminal activity against you. You want your animals back and compensation for the animals these people killed and for the hell they put you through. In short, you want justice.

I believe that we are on our own. After 10 years of begging for help from the very protective agencies set up to save us from domestic terrorists and receiving only silence, it is time to sue those agencies. It is time to file against them in a Washington Federal court and to alert the largest newspapers in our respective areas and CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, etc. ahead of time and provide those news agencies with a copy of the charges to be filed so it will be harder for a crooked judge to dismiss our respective law suits.

I believe that in addition to filing for monetary damages, we must file to force these agencies to immediately send investigative teams of agents to every state where illegal seizures took place (so, every state) to talk with owners, gather data, and arrest and try in a Washington Federal court those judges, D.A.’s agents, etc. who were bought by PETA/HSUS/ASPCA. We all have transcripts/tapes of our trials; names of every person involved in taking away our legal rights and the illegal acts these people committed under color of law. We are all willing to testify against them. The piece missing that keeps us from getting justice is that the Federal agencies refuse to do their jobs.

What are the mandates of the FBI? Look at their website. Here are the FBI directives as set down by FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, III who became the 6th Director of the FBI September 4, 2001.

5. Protect civil rights.
6. Combat transnational and national criminal organizations and enterprises.
7. Combat major white-collar crime.
8. Combat significant violent crime.
9. Support federal, state, county, municipal, and international partners.
10. Upgrade technology to successfully perform the FBI's mission.

I don’t know what you think, but to me, #1, #4, #5, #6, #7, and #8 certainly apply to the animal seizure cases, changing of laws, discrimination against elderly owners, the killing of people in these cases – and remember – the FBI lists PETA/HSUS as “domestic terrorist” organizations. So where has the FBI been for the past 10 plus years while PETA/HSUS and other like domestic terrorist organizations have been changing laws, corrupting the court system making it impossible for owners to get a fair trial, and setting up their power bases in the judicial system? I seem to recall they have been busy slapping warnings on every video tape and CD sold saying they will prosecute you if you copy any part of them. And, didn’t I hear that President Bush has them scurrying around looking into pornography? I’m sure the CD and pornography issues supersede protection of American citizens from domestic terrorists, and doubtless are of more importance to the President than a collapsed judicial system.

What about Homeland Security. Aren’t they set up to protect you from foreign and domestic terrorists? Here are their directives. http://www.dhs.gov/dhspublic/theme_home1.jsp I advised Homeland Security of the domestic terrorists and their impact on the courts and upon my property. Not even a response came back from them. All three directives of Homeland Security apply to the animal seizure cases. The OPR oversees federal attorneys. Where has the OPR been? The FBI as an investigative unit hands over their investigation information to the federal prosecuting attorneys at the Justice Department and the federal prosecuting attorneys at the Attorney General’s office. In ten plus years, these attorneys have failed to act, even when citizens were murdered by the domestic terrorists. Did I hear you ask, “So, what can we do?” I’m going to share with you my personal course of action.

1. The Department of Homeland Security merges under one roof the capability to anticipate, preempt and deter threats to the homeland whenever possible and the ability to respond quickly when such threats do materialize.
2. The Department is responsible for assessing the vulnerabilities of the nation’s critical infrastructure and cyber security threats and takes the lead in evaluating these vulnerabilities and coordinating with other federal, state, local and private entities to ensure the most effective response.

Plan of Action,., Note: We are still trying to find a law firm that will not sell us out - - no luck so far. I asked Homeland Security and the FBI to provide lawyers to every owner - - got no response. Get together with 5 to 10 other owners and try to pick the one of you who is most knowledgeable in federal, constitutional, and civil rights laws. As you all have experienced, lawyers will sell you out. So, have the person knowing the most about the law be your pro se spokesperson in court. File a class action lawsuit against the following people at the below addresses. You must file against them Personally and Individually or a judge can grant them immunity because of their jobs. Your group needs to contact NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox, CNN networks two days prior to filing in court and give them a copy of what you plan to file and why you are filing (no more than 1 to 2 pages of explanation and it should include that the agencies you are filing against did not do their jobs). At the same time, contact the largest newspapers in your state and the surrounding states letting them know what is going on and why you are filing. Then file your court forms immediately. You need to contact the news media to make it more difficult for a crooked judge to refuse to hear your class action law suit. You also need to have subpoenas ready to send to each agency you are filing against. The subpoena should be for every record they have on PETA/HSUS/ASPCA and other domestic terrorist organizations related to your group’s animal seizure issues. You want all records going back TEN YEARS and up through the date on the subpoena. On the subpoena, you want a list of every member of these organizations with a separate, alphabetical listing of individuals by state. I’d be checking every juror you had on your jury to see if they lied about being a member of PETA/HSUS/ALF/ELF/ASPCA, ADL, etc. You want to add “John Doe and Jane Doe” to the people bringing your law suit so that if another owner needs to join your group later on, you can accommodate them if you wish. People Named in the Law Suits brought against them as Personal and an Individual. Because bringing charges against them under the Ricco Racketeering Act protects you from being sued for court costs incurred by those persons you are suing, you want to bring the suit under the Ricco Act as these agencies allowed racketeering to transpire for ten years and did not do their job to stop it.

Mr. Floyd Boudreaux's yard was raided by the SPCA and local authorities. Without ANY explanation all of the 56 dogs, including puppies, were killed by the SPCA.
