HSUS is a huge vigilante self appointed law enforcement non profit 501(c)3 that does not obey the law of the land, but beckons Homeland Security, State Troopers, backwoods Sheriffs and main stream media to work for them in order to get more donations.

Seems that in approximately June of 1995 that Wayne and Kirsten were married at about the same time, sources at the Ark Trust told Animal People that it was in the same ceremony as David Wills, HSUS VP, and Laurie White (then PeTA's President Alex Pacheco's ex-wife) in a lavish Mexican wedding. FAIRFAX — People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals lost its lawsuit Wednesday against the head of the parent company of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus, whom it had sued for conspiring to infiltrate and harm its operations.

PETA’s civil suit against Kenneth Feld, chairman and chief executive officer of Feld Entertainment, alleged that Feld and his associates orchestrated a “massive conspiracy” aimed at harming PETA because of the group’s longtime campaign for the rights of circus animals.

The jury deliberated 10 hours Tuesday and Wednesday before returning its verdict late Wednesday afternoon. “I think this vindicates myself, the circus, the circus people,” Feld said after the verdict. “This doesn’t represent anything we’re about. We’re in the family entertainment business.”

Feld’s attorneys argued that PETA’s civil suit was nothing more than a publicity stunt to raise donations.

On March 14, a federal judge ruled in favor of the USDA to allow fee-for-service inspections to horsemeat processing plants despite efforts of the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and other animal rights groups to prevent the inspections and thus close the plants.

In 2003 we learned for the first time that Ingrid Newkirk - tireless defender of animals - has another face. During the 1970's her chosen profession was "dog catcher" and killer.

Newkirk unabashedly describes her zeal for killing in her own words: "I'd go to work early, before anyone got there, and I would just kill the animals myself...I must have killed a thousand of them, sometimes dozens every day."

Australian supermodel Imogen Bailey has laid claim to the title of Australia's sexiest model and graced magazine covers from Down Under to continental Europe and the U.K.

Now, supermodel and actress Imogen Bailey has posed au naturel for a brand-new ad for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, PETA Asia-Pacific, which aims to draw attention to the cruelty to animals inherent in the fur industry. Shown kneeling down and strategically covered only by the bunny she's holding, the ad which is in English and Korean carries the tagline "Hands Off the Buns!,.,. No Fur."

In Kodiak, Alaska, PETA attempted to influence the District Attorney in a alleged cockfigher case. The group, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, is demanding that Angel Calibo get jail time. He's accused of breeding roosters for cockfighting. If convicted, PETA is asking district attorney Michael Gray to seek jail time, a 10-year ban on animal possession, along with counseling.

Well, GFN stepped in and contacted the Defense Attorney who is handling the case. After a 45 minute conference call between the GFN staff and the Defense Attorney we feel comfortable that PETA only helped the Defense.

Alaskans don't care to much for PETA, neither does the District Attorney. Mr. Gray seems to have some sort of head on his shoulders and told the Defense Counsel that he would not entertain any recommendations from a bunch of "Fruit Loops" in Newark New Jersey.

GFN will follow this case and continue contact with the Defense providing direction as to what laws others are using to fight these type of actions against private individuals.

This article shows the stupidity of PETA, yet again. If you want a chuckle you need to read this. Don't forget to read the replies to the story at the bottom of the article.

GFN can only imagine the fear in this poor dog not knowing if a PETA member is behind the camera- person. Dogs are not stupid, they know PETA has a kill rate hovering at 90%.

The poor pooch probably will be arrested, and then euthanized, for cruelty to a cat. Then the cuddly kitty will have to be euthanized for being homeless with no-one to love it.

It's a never ending cycle with these ARA types, kill kill kill. All they want is for you to NOT own animals, of any sort, and will go to extremes seeing that they accomplish that mission.
