One would think that the general tax-paying citizens of the good ol USA would pay attention, instead of donating to a fraudulent non-profit. You can take it from GFN, the HSUS is going down and going down hard. It may take time but it will happen.

GFN commends Louisiana Attorney General Charles Foti for opening an investigation into fundraising by the H$U$ for the victims of Katrina and reuniting them with their pets.

GFN complained directly to the Under Secretary of the United States last fall about the alleged misuse of donations HSUS received for the State of Louisiana. GFN was then referred to the Admiral of the Coast Guard in charge. GFN voiced the same complaints to the Admiral.

Within 24 hours, GFN received a threatening call from an employee of the HSUS in Washington, DC. On January 27, 2006 GFN received a formal letter from an HSUS attorney threatening that if we did not print an immediate retraction of information received from our sources that they would sue us.(SLAPP suit)

Instead, GFN went undercover and has obtained more information, evidence and historical background on Pacelle, Rosenberg, Goodwin, and others within the H$U$ non profit and their crimes and criminal activities. GFN will be cooperating with the Attorney General of the great State of Louisiana and putting this information directly into the hands of the investigator on the case. GFN obtained the identity of those who witnessed the killings of more than 150 pets per day. Actually, our source gave us information that at the height of the killings of innocent dogs and cats, that they were actually killing 150 per hour. GFN has this in a written signed statement.

GFN knows that the H$U$ does NOT save animals. Animal deaths are the vehicle they use in press releases to bilk the American Public out of millions of dollars, while destroying the lives of innocent owners of animal enterprise businesses, as well private pet owners. The terrorists state that they are THE Humane Society. They are ANYTHING but humane in the opinion of GFN. From our careful study of the actions of the terrorists, it appears to GFN that the new definition of RESCUE is 'steal from the owner and instantly euthanize'.

The Katrina advertising promised that H$U$ and SPCA would not kill found animals but rather would reunite the pets with their owners. Because of this promise, the US public donated $30 million dollars to the H$U$ for LOUISIANA and the KATRINA pets. If the pets are dead, they don't have to be fed or vetted or cared for. It's easy to figure out why the H$U$ wanted them dead. In GFN's opinion, H$U$ kept the donated millions for their hidden agenda which is the destruction of the economy of the United States of America.

This is a sly way to Interfere with the Commerce of the United States. Every time an animal enterprise goes out of business, whether small or large, the U S goes deeper into debt because it does not receive the tax revenue from that business. Interfering with the Commerce of the United States is an Act of Treason and should be treated as such. The Patriot Act reinforces the Commerce Code and states that when our country is at war, those that interfere with the Commerce Code will be charged with Treason. Well.....U S Attorney General Gonzales? Honorable Attorney General Foti, should you not expose this practice to Gonzales yourself personally?

The H$U$ have become our lawmakers, writing their own Bills, lobbying, entertaining our elected officials and indoctrinating our legislators with their socialistic/communistic ideas. This is a private, non profit corporation, which is restricted from doing any of these things by LAW. It's time we take a good look at the elected officials who have accepted contributions from H$U$ and supported their Anti- American legislation.

The $30 million dollars was donated by the people of the United States to assist owners and pets in LOUISIANA. The $30 million dollars should stay in LOUISIANA. It has not. They falsely collected the money from the public, using all forms of press with lies, deceit and intent to defraud. It has been working for them for 50 years, why should they be afraid of a little ole state like Louisiana? They are a powerful Washington, DC based pit of criminals, liars and spin doctors who rub shoulders with U.S. Congressmen. The H$U$ financially supports domestic terrorists out their back door and have actually been caught doing so.

The H$U$ seems to have become so arrogant that they are not afraid of the IRS or Congress and have hired an ALF member arsonist with a long criminal record who now runs from state to state enlisting the help of the AG's offices. The H$U$ targets senior citizens and pet businesses. One example, is a 70 year old senior citizen in Louisiana. Every one of the victim's dogs were killed, his safe taken with is life savings. This is nothing less than theft "under color of law' and the thieves wear guns and badges. They generally take anything and everything they want, including the last breath of life from stressed victim's bodies. God help your parents if they're in the path of the H$U$ vigilantes. The press is notified in advance of a raid so the H$U$ can broaden the donation base through media misrepresentation. Never mind that this practice violates every Constitutional and moral right of the victims 'under color of law'.

One such case in Lafayette, Louisiana is that of Floyd Bordreaux.This case is in definite need of Attorney General investigation and intervention since the H$U$ was involved by way of criminal JP Goodwin who has been bragging about his victory over legend Bordreaux who has no previous record. If the affidavit for warrant came from H$US criminal JP Goodwin, then the state must rethink it's case against Floyd Bordreaux. JP Goodwin has proudly acknowledge his membership in the Domestic Terrorist Organization Animal Liberation Front. His lengthy criminal record has landed him in jail many times and ALF has bragged about the arsons committed around the United States costing private enterprise millions of dollars.

The H$U$ is a non profit 501(c)3 and it appears that it has been violating the IRS CODES since it was formed in 1954. The H$U$ admits LOBBYING, FINANCIALLY SUPPORTING laws and candidates in every state of the U S including Washington, DC. They now have a legal staff that WRITES the legislation. Supposedly it is a separate organization. On paper it is, but not in reality!! It's business as usual. WHY has the H$U$ NEVER BEEN INVESTIGATED by the IRS or CONGRESS is a mystery when the law is so very clear.

It appears that their funds instead are used to support the Animal Enterprise Domestic Terrorist groups such as SHAC, ANIMAL LIBERATION FRONT, PeTA, ADL, IDA and SPCA's. They've even been exposed of that practice also.

It seems that the Louisiana SPCA is also run by the same types of lawbreakers. The Louisiana SPCA also appears to be usurping police power 'under color of law' and stealing from the state's citizens. Laura Maloney runs this SPCA. Is she a Peace Officer? NO. She runs a PRIVATE CORPORATION. What is she doing raiding and seizing animals and property from competitive animal businesses? GFN intends to ask this question of Attorney General Foti. The Key word is COMPETITOR. They can call themselves 'Rescue and Adoption", but it is really THEFT UNDER COLOR OF LAW. They sell those animals and use them for press for more donations, lying through their teeth about how the poor animals were abused. Animal Enterprises cannot make money if they don't care for and feed the animals in their possession. H$U$ admits they shelter no animals. Lies, lies and more lies.

Fabricated evidence, illegal warrants, planted evidence, lies and innuendo on TV is the MO of most of the non profits that have been infiltrated and taken over by this Anti-American domestic terrorist movement. Private persons cannot execute warrants. They cannot be on a person's property, let alone taking part in a seizure.

A non profit is a private corporation. WHY would any state put up with them acting as vigilante, self appointed, law enforcement and impersonating Peace Officers? It is not only a violation of the State Constitutions, but a violation of the citizen's Civil Rights. Private corporations CANNOT be involved in law enforcement. Think about it.....does this even make sense? They are NOT our government and there is NO recourse for their victims.

The H$U$ with it's multi-millions in assets and donations is paving the way for it's sister organizations, SPCA/Humane Societies to rape the middle class and poor 'under color of law'.

GFN hopes that the AG will look into not only the H$U$ fraud, double dealing, financial support of Domestic Terrorist organizations in Louisiana, but also the Louisiana SPCA following closely in it's footsteps. The SPCA's CANNOT lobby, or support a political candidate, why are the Chief prosecutors in most of our states allowing this to go on? They are violating not only state law, but the Federal IRS code as well.

A source told GFN that the H$U$ has been running around several states using the local law enforcement and the local SPCA's (paying them money) to help them shut the mouths of the Katrina witnesses to their crimes during the Katrina fiasco. The H$U$ is using the Dallas Office of the H$U$ and Texas SPCA to pressure local law enforcement to fraudulently charge those witnesses in states such as Arkansas.

They have ruined the lives of a family in northern AR. The victims of the crimes are a young man and woman charged with crimes they did not commit. Their only crime was observing and speaking up to the H$U$ about the abusive treatment of the pets in the H$U$ compound in Louisiana. They are now on the run because they do not want to be incarcerated. GFN interviewed those victims and members of the sheriff's office and townspeople. GFN's source saw the abuse, neglect and murder of countless animals. They saw H$U$ staff sitting around while animals had to sit in urine and feces with no food, water, or fans. The pets went without vet care while the H$U$ volunteers sat in tents with fans and clean chairs and catered to the press. The H$U$ staff caught our source in a building that was off limits where the source observed the abuse and murder of Katrina animals. Following the complaint, the H$U$ threw the source out, following them later to their home state to secure that they would not expose the H$U$ to the media. If the witnesses are discredited because they are charged with animal cruelty and abuse then the H$U$ is home free in the eyes of the national yellow press.

By doing in the witnesses, they scared the hell out of all other witnesses that were willing to talk. They scared them quiet. (except for a few that GFN found)

GFN obtained information that the Pacelle/Rosenberg double wedding in 1995 was paid out of H$U$ funds. The President at the time was fired. Why they all weren't fired and charged with embezzlement is a mystery. I think this is called a pattern and practice. On that note, GFN uncovered some more interesting links to the H$U$.

All records of non profits in the State of Louisiana should be thoroughly investigated to see who has sponsored or lobbied for any law or candidate. Then, the non profit status should be pulled permanently. They should be forced to pay all back taxes to the state as well as the IRS and face prosecution.

The original intent of the non profits in our country has been lost somewhere between POWER and MONEY. Non profits are to benefit the public, not to jail them.

On January 26, 2006, your "General Counsel & Chief Legal Officer", Mr. Roger A. Kindler, authored a "Certified Mail" to GFN. In that letter H$U$ attempted to, well, basically get GFN to shut up. That's not going to happen. In your "Certified Mail" to me personally, Fred Crane, you stated you would sue for "Libel", it took you two, count em (2), pages to try and dissuade GFN from publishing FACTS. My reply to you was short and sweet, in only three, remember to count, (3) sentences.

The simple and plain answer to your threat, in THREE sentences, is as follows:

1. Gamefowl News stands behind what we publish.
2. We know the facts and how to present them in a court of law.
3. If H$U$ decides to sue GFN for any reason I strongly suggest you pack your briefcases.
