ABC's
20/20 just won it's Second National Award for 'Best Investigative'
piece for 2005. The National Headliner Award and The
Mongerson Award for Best Investigative Story - Electronic
Journal - they swept the entire category.
We
wish 20/20 would "do it again", but not likely to repeat.
Not that it's not being pitched. But......there are other
networks and many more stories re: HSUS fraud against
the State of Louisiana and to numerous to mention private
individuals.
Those
that have the time and incentive, please write to 20/20,
Primetime and request more stories on Animal Enterprise
Domestic Terrorism that is sweeping our country and indoctrinating
our Legislators, Judges, Prosecutors and yes even the
FBI.
Only
the press will be able to halt this act of stripping
personal freedoms being pushed by HSUS. When it becomes
unpopular for our legislators to accept the AR's campaign
donations and cater to their whims, only then will they
listen to our pleas as animal owners and businesses.

Not Nice To Upset The Granny's - PETA |

PETA
has a way of getting attention to feed their insatiable
appetite. The also have a way of really making folks
mad as Hell. With their antics and their kill rate hovering
at 90% good decent people are starting to fight back,
with vengeance.
People
are starting to organize all over the globe to protest
PETA. Some are your Granny's. If you can please send
these little ol gray headed fighters a note from their
website below, maybe even a donation?

Attacks Another Stellar Breeder |

GFN
learned of yet another breeder who was viciously and
savagely attacked by HSUS. HSUS STOLE their precious
pups and all of their computers and personal files. When
GFN heard of this outrage we flew to the property and
personally inspected both the animals and the breeders
licensees and USDA permit. GFN came to one conclusion
and that is this, both the breeders and the animals are
impeccable. GFN has NEVER seen such a clean facility
and well kept animals
After
a lengthy battle the Judge ordered the HSUS to return
all of the personal files and computers to the rightful
owners. Yesterday GFN was in the court where the return
of property was to take place, it didn't happen. Officer
Jill Moran conveniently 'forgot' to bring the property
to court. The Judge ask if she could lead GFN to the
place where the property could be retrieved. Ms. Moran
told the Judge that would be imposable as she was leaving
immediately to Las Vegas on 'another' case and would
return on 0/20/06 and the property could be picked up
then.
Do
you think that just maybe the HSUS has not had time to
copy all the files yet? There will be more to come on
this story. In the mean time please take a look at the
breeders website and you tell GFN if you think these
are not legitimate breeders.

Deputy Admits Scheme To Buy Stolen Goods |

GREENEVILLE -- For seven years, Patrick Allen Taylor
was the second-highest-ranking member of the Cocke County
Sheriff's Department, the man in charge of the agency's
day-to-day operations on behalf of his uncle, Sheriff D.C.
Ramsey.
On Wednesday, however, the former chief deputy admitted
in court documents to conspiring to buy thousands of dollars
worth of stolen NASCAR apparel last year along with another
officer who was being paid to protect truck trailers allegedly
stuffed with hijacked goods that had been parked in the
county.
What Patrick Taylor and his co-conspirators, brother
Jarrod Taylor and then-Deputy Larry Joe Dodgin, didn't
know at the time was that the shadowy organization they
were dealing with was, in fact, made up of FBI agents,
according to court records.
The federal probe became public knowledge about a month
after the transaction when a small army of state and federal
agents raided the Del Rio Cockfighting Pit off Happy Hollow
Road. Dodgin was arrested a week after the raid when he
tried to buy $60,000 in cocaine from the undercover FBI
agent and agreed to cooperate with authorities after pleading
guilty.

We would all like to think that if we ever had our flock
of gamefowl attacked by the Animal Rights Cults that our
friends would come to our aid and fight with us to preserve
our valiant birds.
One California gamefowler is fighting that valiant battle
to keep and use his birds as nature intended but is fighting
a huge battle alone. We must not let this happen. The property
that he lived on now holds "evidence" as his birds are
being kept on the property but under the watchful eye of
the Sheriff.
The financial war in this operation for freedom has reduced
our friend to living in a camper shell on a friends property
and seeing his children on weekends, he has lost his job
and all sources of income because of continuous news articles
spouting the Animal Rights lies about cockers becoming
murders, abusers of their family etc....
Richard continues to have legal fees each month and living
expenses for he and his family. This could happen to any

Dog Volunteer Opens Her Home To Reporters |

Judge Stephen Henriod sent Janet Lane to jail for having
too many dogs. She was cited last summer and when she came
into his court on Monday for sentencing she still had too
many. He told her what he was doing was for the good of
the animals. The implication was that having 7 or 8 dogs
automatically made her an irresponsible pet owner and therefore
a danger to the animals and her neighbors.
But
what ABC 4 found was quite different. We visited her
home in the hills above Herriman. The Lane family home
sits on five acres covered in Pinon and Juniper. And
yet, the dogs were not allowed to roam free to menace
the few neighbors that share the mountain with them.
Instead, they were restricted to a large grass area enclosed
by a 5 foot high chain link fence that even had an electrification
system installed (One of Janet Lanes dogs was a jumper.
The electrified fence did not harm the dogs, but gave
them enough of a warning not to trying and jump or dig
under the fence).
