It appears as though Mr. Garcia and his ‘good ol boy’ friend, Mr. James Bias, from the Texas SPCA, need another round of applause for stupidity.

Our friends from the Texas SPCA have now got themselves into it with Army 1st Lt. Japheth “Jay” Johnson, an Iraq war veteran, as well as other fed up folks. This all falls inline with the HSUS and their illegal activity after the Katrina disaster.

Just in case you don’t know this yet the beautiful state of Louisiana’s Attorney General has launched two separate investigations into the HSUS. One for ‘Where did the $30.000.000.00’ (million) dollars donated to HSUS during the aftermath of Katrina go to? Wayne Pacelles’ six figure income? J.P. Goodwins admitted agenda with the ALF? It didn’t go to helping any animals, that much is a known fact. What is also a known “fact” is that HSUS euthanized thousands of animals during this same time frame.

The second issue being investigated by the beautiful state of Louisiana’s Attorney General is what happened to the animals HSUS “rescued”? Well we know of one place some dogs went to and that was into the care and custody of Tammy Hanson, whom HSUS sought out because she was a “PRIVATE” rescue operation.

Exactly one week after HSUS agents ‘dropped off’ the dogs with Tammy, yep you guessed it, she was RAIDED by high paid employees under HSUS direction. The reason they did this? Simple answer, competition. You see, Tammy actually cares for animals and won’t let them be needlessly murdered at the hands of needle happy euthanizers.

There is much more coming regarding these ART’s (Animal Rights Terrorists) i.e. HSUS, PETA, ASPCA and, to numerous to mention, other factions of these wackos.

GFN will get more into this as time goes on. We do know one thing for sure, HSUS won’t be trying to sue GFN again anytime soon because their too busy defending themselves on other fronts. Although, GFN truly hopes HSUS threatens us again with a lawsuit for publishing the truth because then it WILL be a media event.

If HSUS likes the camera so much and Wayne Pacelle or J.P. Goodwin thinks we will back down from the press or corrupt courts then please, HSUS, bring it on. We already have our strategy mapped out for legal recourse, and you’re not going to like it.

What got this heated story going is an article by Kim Horner from The Dallas Morning News. We can all thank some media for having guts enough to publish the truth, whether you like it or not, this is far from over.

This is about one Frank David Garcia, a convicted drunken rapist of a teenage girl, at knife point, who worked for the Texas SPCA under Mr. James Bias’ (President of Texas SPCA) direction. After GFN broke the story Mr. Garcia resigned in disgrace, three days later.

It has come to our attention that this convicted drunken rapist is now back on the payroll of honest, hard working, tax-paying citizens. Don’t worry Mr. Garcia, GFN is planning a “picnic party” outside your new place of employment, with T.V. cameras rolling. This is not ‘stalking’ you Mr. Garcia, its investigative journalism.

We just want to make sure you stay in line of sight so everyone knows just who and what you are. One more small issue here, why did the Texas SPCA hire you in the first place? Can Mr. James Bias answer that? We think not because if he did the donations to his corrupt non-profit would plummet, again, as it did when we broke the story.

Care to tango Mr. Bias? Or are you too worried that our next issue may involve your corruption with politicians and corrupt courts, DA’s (hint hint Mr. Bingham) who are now under investigation, well you get the idea. Just remember, Mr. Bias, a lesson we already taught you, it’s not nice to mess with Texas.

Dear Senator Specter: I and approximately 15,000 citizens are involved in a nightmare scenario. Domestic terrorists are engaged in the overthrow of the U.S. government. The FBI and Homeland Security are well aware of this as citizens from many states have begged them to investigate and stop these people. They have done nothing over the past 13 years while the problem grew worse. Some citizens actually presented evidence to Congress as did an FBI Counter Terrorism agent from Oklahoma, yet nothing has been done. The U.S. Court system is in a shambles from the corruption. Lawyers who take these cases on behalf of the owners of the stolen property are told they will never win another case in their state if they don’t roll on the owner they represent though some are paid off. A few of us filed a Notice of Intent to Sue in May 2006 against the FBI, Homeland Security, Ashcroft, Gonzales, and the OPR for non-performance of their jobs. On the other hand, if you have read the book “Constitutional Chaos” by Judge Andrew P. Napolitano, you know that the FBI and courts are crooked. We, the owners, know it first hand. We need your help. John Stossel of 20/20 aired a segment on this situation 3 June 2005 called “Cruelty to Pet Owners” and 20/20 won several awards for the quality of that program. However, since the airing, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Illegal theft of property off private land continues across America in every state. When owners try to fight, their animals are poisoned. Judges routinely violate their Oaths of Office to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the laws passed by Congress. The court corruption is so bad that it is no longer possible for a citizen to get justice in a court of law - - not even at the U.S. District Court level. I, personally, have just reported two Federal Court Judges for changing Federal law to accommodate the State of Maine’s request that they do so. I have reported both judges to the Circuit Court but from what other owners have told me, the Circuit Court is just as corrupt as the lower courts. We Need Your Help. In Maine, the Chief Justice of the Maine Judicial Supreme Court, Leigh Saufley, told a Bangor newspaper that she just loved the training she got from the domestic terrorists PETA and HSUS and she wants all the judges to get the same training. She was trained using a program originally designed to sway children to the domestic terrorist cause. It is called “First Strike” and was then tailored to reach an adult audience. Obviously it hit the mark with the Chief Justice. Owners’ property (including money) is taken out of their locked houses with no warrants, blank warrants, or general warrants. In many cases there are no charges against the owners. You cannot get a warrant without probable cause and probable cause can only come about as a result of criminal charges. If the owner won’t heel and sign over their property to the state that took it, they are threatened with criminal charges (extortion, official oppression). The owners’ stolen property (animals, money, cages, word processors, medical supplies, saddles, etc.) are laundered through non-profit SPCA’s under contract to the state. The stolen animals are sold and the money goes God knows where. There is no “due process”. There is no “just compensation” for property taken. This is straight theft under color of law and a direct violation of the U.S. Constitution. The judges signing any blank warrants and allowing cases into court where no warrant was used or illegal searches were already conducted prior to using no warrant or a blank warrant, have violated their Oath of Office and have committed treason against the U.S. Government. 20/20 reported that in just ONE Dallas, Texas SPCA, they brought in six million dollars in one year by stealing animals from their rightful owners and laundering them through the SPCA’s where they avoid IRS taxes. Owners like me who fight, are threatened with jail terms. Some of them are actually put into jail on trumped up charges without having had a trial or are placed under house arrest for months. We are living in Nazi Germany but this is supposed to be a free country. WE NEED YOUR HELP! I have only lightly touched on this problem. Now that you are aware of what’s going on, it is your duty and obligation to do something about it. HELP!!!
