In our July 30, 2006 issue we published a welcome to
a new website and blog, the foulnews.com and the
fowlnews blog. Some misinterpreted the term
"Founders" in that introduction to these fine areas
of cyber space. Below you will find the
clarification from those sites owner.

The individuals comprising foulnews.com and the
fowlnews blog would request the clarification and
correction by GFN Inc. of the ambiguous information
published in the GFN Inc. newsletter and website
dated July 30th, with reference to foulnews.com, the
fowlnews blog and individuals there in, based
according upon the validity and correctness of the
information within the below statement.

GFN Supports Foul News
The founders of GFN have created a new website,
one that you should take a close look at. This site
is a great resource for the ideals of the founders.
We hope you enjoy http://www.foulnews.com/ as much
as GFN does. It will become a permanent link on the
main GFN site and this newsletters ‘quick links’.
Make sure you read the blog, it’s important. You’ll
find it here http://fowlnews.blogster.com/
We at the fowlnews blog and foulnews.com have
concerns that the ambiguousness of the above
statement may be construed in a manner far less than
factual and issue this statement of clarification in
response to all questions or issues past, present or
future.

would like to thank GFN Inc. for their wish of
enjoyment and their statement of support, great
resource and importance, but we do not and cannot
accept any other graciousness or otherwise as it
gives rise to a case of mistaken identity. The
foulnews.com website and this blog were not created,
founded, think-tanked or otherwise and are not being
maintained by the founders of GFN Inc. as the
statement, The founders of GFN have created a new
website may seem to suggest. It will become a
permanent link on the main GFN site seems to suggest
a further affiliation or association with one being
the main site and another a great resource for the
ideals of the founders, as The founders of GFN have
created a new website, which again is not the case.
We would not want such statements construed as
either accurate or proper as this blog and
foulnews.com is a wholly separate effort and
independent intellectual entity which has not and is
not affiliated in any way with GFN Inc.
There was a sole and rather anonymous founder of the
original website gamefowlnews.com and corresponding
newsletter, who created, maintained, think-tanked,
and published the website and newsletter from it’s
inception until the end of March 2005 where it
became disengaged due to health issues of that
individual. The individual has not been associated
with the referenced newsletter, website or otherwise
since that time. Although a multitude of
subscribers, supporters and followers may have
commented or otherwise during the time prior to the
end of March 2005, anyone other than that individual
who would have represented themselves as, of, by,
for, with, or took action on behalf, or as a
representative would have misrepresented themselves
in that term of association, should anything of that
character have occurred. An application of founders
of GFN could not and would not properly reference
that period, website, newsletter or individual, if
that were the case of application.
The website and newsletter were resurrected in April
of 2005 by a California individual, incorporated
under the laws of California in September of that
year and the product of that founding would appear
to be what is now referred to as GFN (California
Corporation Number C2591754), as we understand it.
Any reference to founders of GFN , with GFN as an
acronym for the representation of the California
corporation, with appearance of affiliation or
association with this blog, foulnews.com or
individuals there in, past or present, is a case of
mistaken identity and does not properly reference
this blog, website or individuals involved and we
would not want such statements construed as either
accurate or proper.
We hope this statement clarified and answered any
and all questions and issues. The foulnews.com
website and this blog were not created and are not
being maintained by the founders of GFN Inc., but
we would like to thank GFN Inc. for their wish of
enjoyment and their statement of support, great
resource and importance.
