Bring on your tear gas, bring on your grenades,
your new supplies of Mace, your state troopers and
even your national guards. But let the record show

When you read the comment's from the below link it

As the 12 shotgun blasts rang out from the special
pen that Cindi Henshaw reserved for her favorite
pets, she sat in her living room and realized, "They
just shot Cupid and Valentine."
Three weeks later, tears still well up when she
tells about the pair of Russian boars she raised
from infancy and that followed her around like dogs.
Cupid and Valentine were in their pen September 14
when government agents shot them, wrapped chains
around their 500-pound bodies and dragged them off,
leaving behind a trail of blood.
Cindi's husband, Danny Henshaw, a former police
officer who'd done undercover narcotics work, is a
former nationally ranked bow-hunter who made hunting
videos for a decade. The last thing he expected was
to be arrested in a SWAT-style raid on his
Buckingham County hunting preserve and to see his
herd of Russian boars slaughtered by shotgun-toting
state and federal officials.

It's official now: The protest against the USDA and
for the HENSHAWS will
be on Oct. 24th. Between 9 AM and 4 PM in Richmond
Va.( that is the office
that signed off on the raid) on the corner of E.
Broad Street ( 1100) and
Governor streets. Right across from the USDA offices.
We have 4 parking spaces for the RV so there will be
a place for soft
drinks, water, snacks and most importantly a bath
room so we won't have to behave
the way the USDA's people did at the Henshaws.
The rules of the protest are: No screaming and
yelling, don't block
traffic, don't harass people passing by, do not
block the sidewalks. You can sit,
stand, lay down, what ever but just don't impede the
traffic lol... We have
a cd of "We won't give up" which is going to be our
song and will be
playing, We have some signs made. We have flyers,
but need some with a story of
the Henshaws on one sheet. We have the slide show on
Nais ready to go and a DVD
player hooked up.
This may be our best chance to make the national
news media take a look at
NAIS and the USDA.. We need more than a few people.
If the Illegal’s can
muster thousands of people we should be able to get
a couple of hundred at least
wouldn't you think?
The RV will be completely done by then and ready to
roll. I finished the
grim reaper and America for sale today and it is
looking good, just a few more
logos to put up there and it is done.
We will need some help with the water, snacks etc so
anyone coming please
bring a cooler or something to share. Bottled water
goes fast at one of these
things..
NOW HOW MANY CAN GET AWAY FROM THEIR ANIMALS FOR ONE
DAY TO HELP INSURE ALL
OF OUR FREEDOM?
Sue has a post card campaign going on and that
should be started right away
so all the cards are delivered on the 23rd.. let
them know we are coming for
them.
Please cross post this on all of the groups you are
on. We need people to
stand with us and make it count. Just the fuel
alone will cost approximately
$400 so don't let us waste that money. Help us any
way you are able.. Start
calling radio stations, newspapers, tv stations in
that area and lets get
their attention.

| Tell the USDA to Close the National Animal Identifcation (Invasion-of-privacy) System (NAIS)! |
 |
|
Please review this petition and if you agree with
it, as GFN does, please take the time to sign it.
The National Animal ID program was originally
designed to give the big beef producers help in
getting export markets which required disease
controls. The idea is that every single livestock
animal in the United States will be identified and
tagged. All livestock animal movements will be
tracked, logged and reported to the government. The
benefit is to the big factory farms who probably do
need this type of regulation. They get to do single
ID’s for large groups of animals. Small farmers, pet
owners and homesteaders will have to tag and track
every single animal.
