THEM UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A FEDERAL
JUDGE AS YOU HAVE LAPD- RAMPART
On February 27, 2008 Kern County Sheriff's Deputy
Gagnon, Badge 760 stated to Julie Dunlap Suggs AKA
The Slug, and ACO Steve Eirich that "I will do
anything I have to do today to put this woman under
arrest". That pre-meditated threat was carried out
a few short minutes later. Gagnon was standing in
front of the locked bedroom door of the victim that he
later tasered multiple times and left for dead for 45
minutes.
James Burger, reporter for the Bakersfield Californian
(AKA The Kern County Yellow Press), set up a blog (Click Here For The Blog Link) to
appease his buddies at A/C and the Sheriff's Office
trying to discredit We The People For Pets

video. As you view the video you can see the

did not arrive for 17 minutes. He ordered Gagnon to
call 911 as soon as he could not feel her pulse. It
takes at least 25 minutes for an ambulance to arrive at
this address doing 100 miles an hour. Do the math
Burger. That's clearly 45 minutes before she was
scooped up, strapped to the stretcher while still in
handcuffs. She was in the ambulance several
minutes before they gave her something and she
came to screaming. You can hear her. Time it again
Burger.
The police report filed by Gagnon states that Trapani
assaulted a female police officer by pushing her front
and back shoulder. The officer supposedly had to go
to the hospital. Did you see any of that on the tape?
We didn't. Gagnon's exact words were "the officer
suffered impact injuries". (Hey baby, if you can't take
the heat get out of the kitchen.) You shouldn't be on
the police force, or you're as fat and out of shape as
Gagnon. Where is Burger's editor? Reporters are
supposed to report the facts, not print lies and
untruths. They are to be neutral in their reporting.
Burger has had a hard-on for Bemis and Trapani in all
of his news account regarding this case. There has
never been a neutral article written by this so called
"reporter".
Lies on his blog:
- The victim was on the ground for 45 minutes, not
16 minutes as his friend at the Sheriffs Office told him
to report.
If you sit and time the video until the Lt. made this
person shut it off you will see it was 17 minutes before
the LT arrived, could not find a pulse and told Gagnon
to call 911. The ambulance going 100 miles an hour
would take a minimum of 25 minutes to arrive at the
location.
As soon as the LT walked away the videographer
turned the camera back on but was so frightened they
bumped the time button on the camera so that it did
not come on. If you sit and continue to time it you will
see it is more than 45 minutes before you hear the
victim scream in pain as she was given something to
wake her up.
As you can see from the video, the victim was not
only handcuffed behind her back, but was strapped
down on the cart.
Will their lies and perjury never cease?
Prior to the victim waking up, you can see two
deputies, one of which is Gagnon, instructing the
Ambulance Driver to "alter the time of arrival and
the call time" on his report. The driver was none
to happy about it. This investigative journalist has a
copy of the altered report and the time of arrival at the
hospital and they do not reflect that the ambulance
company is telling the truth.You can see for
yourself and time it on the video that 911 was not
called for 17 minutes when the LT arrived and ordered
Gagnon to call. Observe the tape again and
see that these deputies were not checking her pulse,
they COULDN'T FIND A PULSE. They thought
they'd killed her just like the motorist they tasered to
death less than 7 days previous.
Gagnon kicked the female victim in the stomach twice
trying to see if she were alive. If Gagnon isn't fired for
kicking her the world will certainly know Kern County
for what it is. Protocol for taser victims is to turn
them on their sides immediately, pull their knees up
so that they do not die from suffocation. This victim is
approximately 300 lbs. She's a handicapped senior
citizen, has bad knees and could never OUT RUN an
officer especially in the desert. She turned her back
and was walking back into her home after giving the
medication to the officer.
So who's lying now Burger? You're a disgrace to the
journalism. You're small town GOOD OLE BOY bull
crap has been exposed World Wide. Burger maybe
you can B S the yahoos in Kern County, but the rest of
the world can see YOU and the Terrorists that run that
county for what it is - corrupt with dirty politicians and
cops on the take threatening paramedics to go along
to get along or "you'll never work in this town again"
mentality.

The Humane Society of the United States says
traditional hunters have nothing to fear from the
organization.
INDIANAPOLIS -- "We're in business to do one thing,"
Rick Story, senior vice president of U.S. Sportsmen's
Alliance (USSA), told members of Hoosier Outdoor
Writers during their annual conference earlier this year.
"That is, to meet, to beat, to defeat, to knock the living
daylights out of the anti-hunting movement," which
Story described as a $350-million-a-year group of
animal-rights organizations controlled more and more
by the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS).
To hunters, HSUS is the "most dangerous outfit"
because of its $135 million annual budget, its political
action committee to get political candidates elected,
its lobbyists to get laws changed and its one dozen
full-time attorneys "who do nothing but sit around and
dream up problems they can create for users of
animals," Story said. "And more and more, we
(hunters) are the principal target."
