It looks as if GFN struck a nerve in the Los Angeles
City Attorney's Office. We want to welcome Donald
Cocek's boss, Robert Ferber, into the membership as
a subscriber of GameFowl News. Bob, we didn't
know you were a cockfighter!!
Robert Ferber supervisor of the L A City's Animal
Protection Unit and Cocek's supervisor, subscribed to
our newsletter at 3:31 p.m. on Thursday June 12th.
Must be he wants to see what other crimes Cocek has
been committing without his knowledge. Or, perhaps
he has approved these crimes and wonders if he's
going to be exposed too.
As our readers know, we play no favoritism.. You
violate the law and encroach on Constitutional Rights
and we will expose you. Surprised Bob? We're not
cockfighters, we expose Animal Rights Terrorists and
government corruption.
We're going to revive a story from a few years back on
Robert Ferber who has traveled the US promoting the
Animal Rights Enterprise Terrorism Agenda. The Los
Angeles Anti-Terrorist Task Force should be aware
that Ferber could be snitching on them and passing
on information to his ALF buddies (Animal Liberation
Front).
Robert Ferber's unethical behavior is only superceded
by Donald Cocek's arrogant flaunting of his
relationship and membership on the Board of
Directors of the spca/LA and now he's spca/la's Fund
Raiser. Cocek doesn't play around when raising funds
for the spca/LA he goes for the juggler with the help of
Judge Birnstein. How much does it cost to feed 17
dogs for a year? Just ask Ferber, Cocek and Judge
Birnstein it's $306,000.00 !!!
GFN queried the Internet and found figures starting at
$180.00 per dog to $600.00 for the Mushers that are
fed raw meat. The cost would range from $3060.00 to
$10,200.00 for 17 dogs for a year.
So where does Judge Birnstein come up with
$306,000.00?
GFN suggests that the Commission on Judicial
Performance (the cover-up complaint process for
judges) and the Supervising Judges of Los Angeles
Court system be called and asked. The number is
(213) 974-5600. By the way, the Supervising Judges
are the only ones responsible for the appointments of
the SPCA Humane Officers. If they are violating the
laws (which they are) GFN assumes then that they
would be the ones to file the lawsuits against. They
must be made responsible for the spca/LA's illegal
activity.
Ferber is NO BETTER than Cocek. Bobby Boy is on
and has been on the Boards of Directors of three other
Animal Enterprise Terrorist 501(c)3 non profit
organizations. VENICE ANIMAL ALLIES, VOICE FOR
THE ANIMALS, both run by the same person, Melya
Kaplan, who is a part time teacher at CROSSROADS
SCHOOLS.
Ferber is/was in charge of "Law Enforcement". He
also served on the Board of Directors of HART MUTT
MATCHERS. MOONLIGHTING runs in the family of
CONFLICT OF INTEREST in Rocky Delgadillo's
Office.
Let's see, Delgadillo also had mud thrown at him
regarding his not being a LICENSED ATTORNEY
when he was elected as City Attorney and for 5 years
prior to his election to City Attorney which is a legal
requirement. We would like to know how he got
around that one.

in Delgadillo's life. Should someone this sloppy really
be in the position he is in? No wonder Robert Ferber
and Donald Cocek are running a Racketeering
Scheme and Artifice out of the City Attorney's Office. If
Delgadillo can't keep track of his own wife's crimes
against the State of California and then covers them
up when he finds out, how possibly can he be
expected to keep track of 520 OUT OF CONTROL
ATTORNEYS with no ethics?
Rocky, clean up both of your houses. Send your wife
to counseling, charge her with the crimes she
committed and sentence her to the counseling center
to be counseled by Don Cocek's good friends that run
the AAA Family Harmony Center in Van Nuys. She's
no better than any other criminal and should also have
the privilege of being counseled by the "Certified
Substance Abuse Counselors" just like Senior Citizen
Women that Cocek and Judge Birnstein falsely
criminalize. Criminalization is important in order to
make money for Rocky's Office, the court and more
importantly the SPCA/LA who comes out with the Big
Bucks in 6 digit figures.

Rockard J. "Rocky" Delgadillo is illegally holding office
as Los Angeles city attorney and could be removed
should a quo warranto proceeding be instituted. The
office lawfully belongs to Deputy District Attorney Lea
Purwin D'Agostino, who came in third in the April 10,
2001 primary election.
Neither Delgadillo nor his opponent in the June 5 run-
off election, then-City Councilman Michael Feuer, met
the qualifications for the office as set forth in the City
Charter. Somehow the press, this newspaper
included, missed that at the time of the election.
Sec. 270 of the charter, adopted in 2000, provides:
"The City Attorney must be qualified to practice in all
the courts of the state, and must have been so
qualified for at least five years immediately preceding
his or her election."
Sec. 42 of the previous charter, adopted in 1925, had a
similar provision.
However, had Delgadillo practiced law in any court of
this state between Jan. 1, 1995 and July 1, 1999 (other
than as a pro per), he would have been engaged in
the unauthorized practice of law. He was, during that
time, on voluntary inactive status, performing non-legal
duties in the administration of Mayor Richard Riordan,
eventually as a deputy mayor (as of July,
1997).
Delgadillo has a major problem in his private life

How can anyone take the City Attorney's Office
seriously with the lies, cover-ups, crime, and
corruption under Delgadillo's own nose?
Delgadillo's memo to his 520 deputies quoted below:
"Last year, the LA Observed Web site published a
leaked memo that instructed staff attorneys on how to
identify misdemeanor cases likely to earn Delgadillo's
office the most news coverage. The big winners, the
memo advised, were cases involving celebrities, "no
matter how minor," political figures, police officers and
anything to do with animal mutilation."
Robert Ferber is not able to keep his head out of the
501(c)3 non profit sector promoting his Animal
Enterprise Terrorist Agenda while being paid from
taxpayer's money to work for the city. His days are
spent traveling around the country on tax dollars
promoting ANIMAL RIGHTS and more laws to violate
the Constitutional Rights of the citizens of our country
to OWN and USE animals.
Robert Ferber took his boss Rocky Delgadillo
seriously. He's trying to kiss ass, obviously. He has
Cocek out trolling for Animal Cruelty cases with the
spca/LA to get all the press he can for his politically
motivated boss. Doesn't matter if those hauled in by
Cocek have committed a crime Cocek convicts them
in the press with lies and innuendo prior to the senior
victim even being charged. Cocek, Ferber and
Madeline Bernstein have this down to a science. It's
an awesome money making scam.
The Van Nuys Judges are in the pockets of Cocek
and Bernstein who issue ILLEGAL WARRANTS to the
spca/LA who are NOT PEACE OFFICERS Each and
every Judge should be indicted.
If it were legal why doesn't the DA's office prosecute
ANY of the spca/LA cases EVER? If it were legal why
are the VAN NUYS JUDGES the only ones issuing
those ILLEGAL WARRANTS?
Warrants under State Law SHALL BE ISSUED TO A
DISTRICT ATTORNEY or PEACE OFFICER. That's
pretty clear isn't it? It doesn't say to PRIVATE
CORPORATIONS or PRIVATE PERSONS like the
spca/LA.
Ferber speaks to our youth in local schools taking in
his 3 legged dog and crying that he, Ferber, is a
leukemia cancer survivor. His words to the
impressionable children are that he is different
because of the cancer just like his 3 legged dog and
therefore they should be Animal Enterprise
Terrorist/Vegans. Isn't this just like PeTA teaching
children that "YOUR MOM KILLS ANIAMALS"? Do we
need this crap crammed into our children's heads?

GFN agrees, Robert Ferber is different. He is in the
minority and he is making life hell for the mass
majority with his own personal agenda that is NOT the
will of the people. Ferber is supposed to be a PUBLIC
SERVANT. He is force-feeding our children his Animal
Rights Terrorist misguided agenda. Ferber is
violating his Oath of office. Ferber is using tax payer's
money to further his own Animal Rights Agenda.
Ferber is promoting/conspiring Cocek's Racketeering
Scheme and Artifice with the spca/LA to falsely
prosecute senior citizens and private businesses that
are in competition with the spca/LA to put them out of
business "Under the Color of Law". Doesn't this
violate the Hobbs Act?
Has Ferber always had this thought process?
Perhaps his illness tweaked his brain. GFN knows
that those who hold positions of power in government
DO NOT have the right to promote their own personal
agendas at the tax payer's expense. An audit of
Ferber's expense account and all of Ferber's trips
needs to be made for the time he has been a Deputy
City Attorney and GFN DEMANDS said audit.
Los Angeles has an Anti-Terrorist Task Force that is
fighting the very agenda that Ferber/Cocek are
promoting. Do they know about Ferber rubbing
shoulders with ALF, HSUS, PeTA, Farm Sanctuary that
are all declared Domestic Terrorist Organizations?
They will now. GFN will make sure all our hard copies
of this evidence will be in their hands as soon as this
article is published. GFN will be delighted to turn it
over to the Task Force investigators. No wonder
Bobby Boy would not prosecute some of the terrorists.
No wonder almost all of the cases against those
terrorizing the City are lost.
How can he possibly prosecute those he stands
shoulder to shoulder with? Most of this occurs in
other states so Los Angeles doesn't see it.
(1) HSUS is under investigation by the State of
Louisiana for fraudulently taking $32,000,000. from
that state and using Katrina to do it.
(2) HSUS
is under investigation for committing perjury before
Congress. Wayne Pacelle was caught LYING TO
CONGRESS in order to promote their agenda.
(3) Pacelle is under investigation by the FBI on the
Michael Vik Case by using Fraudulent Fund Raising
schemes.
Ferber has been trying to SPOON FEED Los Angeles
District Attorney Steve Cooley his Animal Rights
Agenda bringing in Wayne Pacelle to give Cooley a
phony mean nothing award in order to get next to him
so that they can take over Los Angeles with their
Animal Enterprise Terrorist Agenda.
Doesn't Cooley know that HSUS and Pacelle are
hooked up with the mob? Anything that Cooley
accepts from Pacelle was purchased with tainted
money. Isn't that racketeering also? How dirty is the
City Attorney's Office? How dirty is the District
