| HSUS/HSI Employee Abuses Baby Harp Seal For Fund Raising Video |
 |
|
Rebecca Aldworth is a FRAUD and committed
Animal Cruelty & Neglect. HSUS Aldworth only saw
$$$$$ dollar signs while filming a FUND RAISING
VIDEO for HSUS and allowed an injured baby
seal to
suffer. She dragged it from the water and
instead of
immediately seeking veterinary care for this
baby
animal she made it film for hours without
care in order
to finish the FUND RAISING VIDEO FOR HSUS. The
article below describes what went on in The
Ottawa
Citizen, March 5, 2007.
Pro-seal hunt filmmaker Raoul Jomphe claims
that representatives with the Humane
Society of
the United States were displeased that
the caught
them on film ignoring the suffering of a
seal that
the animal rights activists were using as a
prop for a
fund raising video.
According to the Ottawa Citizen,
In the documentary. The animal rights
activists
pulled the dying seal out of the water as it
tried to
escape, and continued filming their promotional
video.
It is not known how the seal was wounded.
According to Jomphe and his documentary, the
HSUS
activists filmed for over an hour while the
seal lay
suffering. Interviewed in Jomphe's film,
HSUS
activist Rebecca
Aldworth says she only had the seal's
well-being in
mind,
I asked somebody to pull the seal out,
because at that
point I was thinking there might be a chance
of getting
the seal back to land. If this seal could
still crawl, an
hour later, could still swim, maybe there was
a chance
we could bring the seal back to the Atlantic
Veterinary
College and save the seal.
Jomphe said that based on the condition
of the
seal,
he would have humanely killed it rather than
allow it to
continue to suffer.

Proof right here that HSUS does not care
about the welfare of animals. They
should be
prosecuted for animal cruelty and neglect.
Yet, they
run around in their black Hummers pretending
to be
the National Animal Swat Team. MONEY MONEY
MONEY. That's what it's about, right Kindler?

Rebecca Aldworth HSUS Charged
Five Charged With Breaking Seal Hunt
Rules
Go On Trial
The Canadian Press
Updated: Wed. Oct. 17 2007 5:23 PM ET
HAVRES-AUX-MAISONS, Que. - Freedom of speech
will be at the centre of a courtroom battle
that will pit
the federal Fisheries Department against five
people
charged with violating the rules for those
who head to
the ice floes to observe Canada's
controversial seal
hunt.
Beginning Thursday, the five defendants
-- all
critics of
the annual hunt off Canada's east coast --
will stand
trial in a court on Isles de la Madeleine,
the windswept
archipelago in the middle of the Gulf of St.
Lawrence.
They are charged with violating federal
marine
mammal regulations by coming within 10 metres of
seal hunters. The offense is alleged to have
occurred
during the 2006 hunt in the southern Gulf,
near the
Cape Breton coast.
All five have pleaded not guilty.
"We will vigorously defend ourselves against
these
charges," said animal rights activist Rebecca
Aldworth, director of Canadian wildlife
issues with the
Humane Society of the United States.

| HSUS's Roger Kindler Threatens SLAPP Suit To Chill GFN's FREE SPEECH |
 |
|
GFN has chosen to revive a story from
February 6, 2006 about General Counsel for HSUS,
Roger Kindler. Please enjoy.
Roger A. Kindler, General Counsel & Legal
Officer/HSUS
It appears Roger A. Kindler, General Counsel & Legal
Officer/HSUS, has some questionable background of
his own, GFN has learned. Unlike JP Goodwin's
criminal background it would seem Mr. Kindler is
much more suave, he hasn't been convicted, yet.
Mr. Kindler is the HSUS representative who signed the
letter to GFN threatening a lawsuit. As our members
know, he should not have put himself in our sites.
With very little effort we found some interesting tid bits
about Mr. Kindler. From the AnimalRights.net website
one can read an interesting side regarding Mr.
Kindler.
In a formal complaint to the Internal Revenue Service
a former HSUS employee stated...
I have witnessed Roger Kindler['s] use of the following
HSUS resources for private profit and personal gain:
office space and meeting room with a prestigious
business address; support staff time and services
including receptionist, secretarial, accounting,
runner/messenger, legal publications filing;
computers, printers, copier, facsimile machine;
computer software programs; office supplies; storage
facilities; mailroom staff time and services; Internet
access. Murdaugh Madden enjoys the same benefits.
On another note, GFN has the records of Mr. Kindlers
real estate holdings and transactions. However we
will save that for another issue of GFN.

Well well well, here's another KINDLER FRAUD
STORY.
Roger Kindler is also on numerous Boards of
Directors of the layered Corporations of The HSUS
both "FOR PROFIT" and "NON PROFIT". Could this
possibly have something to do with self-dealing? The
FBI, SEC, FTC and the IRS need to take a lot closer
look and Kindler's activities with the HSUS.
Leopards don't change their spots and as the great
Al
Capone says "Once in the racket you're always in
it."
The April 2001 issue of Animal People contains a
story detailing charges against two high level
employees of the Humane Society of the United
States. A former employee claims she was fired by
HSUS for questioning the use of the non-profit's
resources to apparently aid in the management of a
for-profit business.
Former HSUS Legal-Exectuvie Secretary/Office
Manager Nancy E. Dayton claims that HSUS president
Paul Irwin fired her after she complained about what
she believed were extensive and unaccounted excess
benefit transactions by HSUS general counsel and
vice president Roger A. Kindler and HSUS senior
counsel Murdaugh Stuart Madden.
Kindler and Madden jointly do business as the law
firm of Murdaugh Stuart Madden and Roger A. Kindler
which handles cases in the area of tax-exempt law,
trusts, wills, and other matters.
In a formal complaint to the Internal Revenue Service,
Dayton alleges,
I have witnessed Roger Kindler['s] use of the
following
HSUS resources for private profit and personal
gain:
office space and meeting room with a prestigious
business address; support staff time and services
including receptionist, secretarial, accounting,
runner/messenger, legal publications filing;
computers, printers, copier, facsimile machine;
computer software programs; office supplies; storage
facilities; mailroom staff time and services; Internet
access. Murdaugh Madden enjoys the same
benefits.
>p>The allegation that the duo utilize office space of the
nonprofit is interesting, since Animal People reports
that HSUS' most recent IRS Form 990 filed on June
28, 2000 reports that the nonprofit received $607,231
in rental income in the previous fiscal year but doesn't
list where that rental income came from.
This is not the first time that the HSUS has been
accused of illegally mixing its nonprofit ventures with
private financial transactions. In the late 1980s HSUS
actually bought President Emeritus John L. Hoyt's
house for $310,000, but allowed him to continue to
live there rent free until critics began making a fuss.
In
another action designed to benefit the animals, HSUS
provided the financing for Irwin to purchase beach
front property in Maine during the same period.
And, of course, there was also the HSUS scandal
involving their former vice president of investigations,
David Willis, who was fired from HSUS for embezzling
at least $93,000 from the organization.
In fact, with assets approaching $40 million, it
sometimes appears that HSUS is less interested in
animal rights than in making a quick buck. Animal
People passed along a hilarious contradiction from
the group that was originally dug up by The Whole
Dog Journal. In a June 2000 edition of its e-mail
newsletter, "Humane Lines," HSUS denounced an
experiment to use shock collars to condition wolves to
avoid livestock. But at the same time, HSUS
endorsed
the PetSafe Radio Fence shock collar. Why?
Because
they get a small royalty from the manufacturer in
exchange for their endorsement. Source:

| THE HONORABLE ROGER KINDLER ESQ???? |
 |
GFN just
located information that Roger Kindler's
legal speciality is DEFENDING PROSTITUTES.
Well Roger, it seems that you are still fulfilling your
life's dream. A prostitute is a prostitute whether it's on
the street, in a political office or at the non profit that
employs you.
By the way, how many non profit Boards of Directors
are you on and get paid from? Also, in HSUS's
layered
corporations that self-deal, how many for profit
corporations are you on the Boards of Directors and
receiving paychecks or under the table payments?
What exactly is your total income for all of these "paid"
jobs either Nationally or Internationally? How can one
man (or two Wayne Pacelli (e) holds just as many
prestigous positions as you do in all those layered
corporations For Profit and Non Profit)
It was stated in one article that "it takes at least 5
years for a foreign country to catch up with the non
profit in their country. In that length of time the non
profit can move out of that country or change it's name
or officers"
Was it Holland that kicked HSUS out of their
country?
Please tell GFN, our readers would really like to know
about all of the money making business skills that you
are credited with, besides your speciality in
prostitutes
GFN really enjoyed your threatening call yesterday,
we're waiting with baited breathe for your next
unprofessional phone threat.

GFN now feels that since the telephone
threats
from Roger Kindler General Counsel for HSUS,
that
perhaps we may be in danger from his "MOB". GFN
was forced to hire "protection" and here he
is.

| EDITOR'S NOTE. . . |
 |
|
Roger Kindler, legal counsel for H$U$, has
become one of my 'Best Friends'. Remember who
"Best Friends" are? GFN does. Their some of
the ones who launder money for the mafia
through H$U$.
Maybe Mr. Kindler should disassociate himself
from "Best Friends" rather than be
dismembered himself by the murderous cronies
from H$U$. Mr. Kindler, may I suggest, you
find a different line of work, you know,
something that has a retirement plan other
than wearing cement boots custom fitted by
the mafia.
You do know Mr. Kindler that when we go
to Court you'll be under the penalty of
perjury when I question you regarding H$U$
ties to the mafia, right? Maybe you should
just jump ship now before your wearing those
"cement boots".
Sincerely,
Fred Crane
